In the present article our interest is to analyze how over the disappearances in the novel Eartheater, by Dolores Reyes, a spectral aesthetic is elaborated, revealing necropolitical operations that manifest which are the existences that are currently considered
less relevant, those lives that don’t matter and are likely to be eliminated by the system. Our intention is to observe how the narrative strategy of haunting works in this novel through the elaboration of earth as a space for memory that can be embodied with the practice of the main character, a young medium.
